Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Amano, a hosted blogging platform available atamano.id and on the domains it serves. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

In these terms, we and Amano mean the operator of the service; you means the account holder; your content means everything you publish or upload through it.

1. The service

Amano hosts blogs. It stores what you write, serves it on your own domain or on a*.amano.id subdomain, and provides tools around it — an editor, media storage, SEO settings, redirects, and optional reporting such as Search Console rank monitoring.

We improve and change the service over time. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. Where a change removes something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice.

2. Your account

3. Your content stays yours

You keep every right you have in your content. You grant us only the permission the service needs in order to work: to store, reproduce, adapt for display, and publicly serve your content, on the domains you point at your site, for as long as you keep it on Amano. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that expire on their ordinary cycle.

You are responsible for your content, and you confirm that:

We do not review content before it is published, and we are not responsible for it. If you believe content on a site we host infringes your rights, write to king@vatih.com with enough detail to identify it and we will act on it.

4. What you may not do

5. Third-party services you connect

Some features work by connecting an account you hold elsewhere — Google Search Console for rank monitoring, and any advertising, analytics or embed code you add to your site yourself. Those services have their own terms, and you remain responsible for complying with them, including for telling your readers what runs on your site. We are not responsible for a third-party service changing, failing, or cutting off access.

What we do with Google account data is set out in ourPrivacy Policy.

6. Plans, limits and fees

Accounts are subject to the limits of their plan — how many sites, how many posts, how much storage. Where a plan is paid, its price and billing period are shown before you subscribe; fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before a price change takes effect for you.

7. Availability

We work to keep Amano fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. Unless we have separately agreed a service level with you in writing, the service is provided without an uptime guarantee.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Amano and delete your account at any time. Before you do, export or copy anything you want to keep — deletion is permanent.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we terminate without cause, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your content.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reporting features — including rank monitoring — show data provided by third parties, and we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or timely.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose, or IDR 1,000,000 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising from your content or your use of the service in breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use Amano after that date means you accept the new version; if you do not, you may close your account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
